You may send us a message to request a different size or colour for an item that you like. If we are able to fulfill the order, we will send you updated information because the price might change depending on the material and size.

If you buy a custom order and it doesn't fit, unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges. This is why we are diligent with making sure proper measurements are taken for the best possible outcome.  If you are in the GTA, measurements can be taken by Rebecca at Ed's Mercantile on Bloor and Bathurst.

If you live in the GTA, you may send us a request to try on a piece in person. We carry most of our products in a store located on Bloor and Bathurst and this is where we can meet for a fitting.
