This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Eligibility for Exchanges
I offer exchanges on new, unworn items. Products must be in their original condition meaning there are not stains or tears present.
Please contact me within a week of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an item.
Rebecca’s Crochet Culture is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please make sure your address is correct.
International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
Special Considerations for Different Product Categories
Custom crochet work is not eligible for returns. Exchanges for custom work will be considered on a case by case basis.
Due to the nature of digital items, I can not offer exchanges or returns on crochet patterns. If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, I am happy to refund those.
Processing Time
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return and issue a coupon-code once we receive the returned product.
